Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end payroll activities from hiring to termination: data collection, data entry, payroll calculation, validation and payslip control.
  • Prepare regulatory and administrative documents related to employee departures and contractual changes.
  • Monitor and control time‑and‑attendance systems (leave requests, work schedules, sick leave) and ensure their accurate integration into payroll.
  • Administer absence counters and leave balances (paid leave, RTT, sick‑leave maintenance, maternity/paternity leave) and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll files (advances, medical leave, suspensions, contractual updates) ensuring confidentiality of personal data.
  • Participate in payroll controls, audits and ad‑hoc reporting to support payroll managers and HR teams.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an HR diploma or degree program suitable for alternance (12 or 24 months).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organised, methodical and able to manage competing priorities.
