Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in‑store demonstrations, make‑up/skincare guidance, and educational selling.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow‑up.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure the salesfloor is clean, organised and welcoming.
  • Foster an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and uphold company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
