Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service through personalised beauty advice, product demonstrations and short services to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets; actively contribute to conversion rate, items-per-basket and average-basket KPIs.
- Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising standards; support merchandising updates and store conversions.
- Manage stock replenishment, warehousing and on-floor availability; prepare merchandise for sale and participate in regular inventories.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions accurately and in compliance with store procedures.
- Support beauty classes and promotional events; perform ad-hoc operational tasks required for daily store functioning.
- Uphold operational routines and compliance with retail procedures, including cleanliness and maintenance of sales furniture and product displays.
Qualifications
- Communicative, reliable and well organised with a collaborative, service-oriented demeanour.
- First experience in retail, customer advising or a demonstrable interest in the beauty, cosmetics or fashion sectors is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluent communication in English or the country’s native language (German preferred for Munich).
- Customer-centred attitude with a good knowledge of current beauty trends and product categories.
- Comfortable operating a cash register/POS and conducting stock counts; attention to detail in inventory tasks.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or beauty advisory experience is advantageous but not required. Candidates with enthusiasm for the beauty sector and customer service will excel.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
