Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
- Maintain staff productivity and engagement through effective communication and teamwork.
- Manage stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
- Support the development of product categories and control key retail metrics.
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure timely stocktaking.
- Assist in the presentation of products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
- Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately.
- Support beauty classes and short services across departments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
- First experience in retail and customer service is advantageous.
- Fluency in English or German is required.

Experience
Beginner-level experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
