Sephora is hiring a Part‑Time Retail Sales Assistant in Düsseldorf. Entry‑level role focused on customer service, merchandising and inventory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service and personalised beauty advice to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system and process transactions accurately.
- Ensure product presentation and visual merchandising conform to brand specifications.
- Manage stock replenishment on the sales floor and in the back‑of‑house; receive and warehouse goods.
- Support and participate in beauty services and short in‑store services across departments.
- Prepare and execute inventories and assist with cycle counts on schedule.
- Assist with merchandising updates, store set conversions and assortment maintenance.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation; perform ad hoc tasks related to daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Communicative, reliable and well organised with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Team player with a friendly, open and motivating demeanour.
- Interest in or experience within beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or related sectors.
- First retail or customer‑facing experience preferred; prior advising or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of beauty products and market trends; strong verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (or equivalent proficiency).
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours and a part‑time schedule.
