Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- Enhance staff productivity and engagement
- Manage stock availability and replenishment
- Adhere to operational routines
- Achieve turnover targets
- Develop product categories
- Monitor retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks
- Support beauty classes and services
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and products are prepared for sale
- Clean and organize sales floor and products
- Assist with merchandising updates and inventory
- Operate cash register and handle transactions
- Perform additional tasks related to daily operations
Qualifications
- Fluent in English or German
- Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy
- First experience in retail and customer service
