Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that respond to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Educate and empower clients through product knowledge, application techniques and trend insights to build long-term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and upselling.
- Maintain attractive merchandising standards and manage stock to ensure the selling floor is organised, clean and well replenished.
- Remain current on new product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant, inspiring advice.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for excellent customer service and relationship building within a retail environment.
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage diverse clientele with professionalism.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required for peak trading periods.
- Physically able to handle stock and lift up to 22.7 kg.

Experience
Entry-level — prior retail or beauty sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated customer-service aptitude preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal tertiary qualification required.
