Sephora Vaughan (ON) seeks a Part-Time Paid Services Beauty Advisor—CAD$20.20–23.20/hr; deliver beauty services and client consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations to assess client needs and recommend products and services.
- Provide paid beauty services including makeup application and skincare treatments, maintaining strict health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and educate clients on routines and product benefits.
- Manage bookings and rebookings for Beauty Studio services and maintain accurate client records.
- Support in-store sales and promotional events, driving client engagement and contributing to store sales targets.
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and brand initiatives to inform consultations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of prior experience in retail sales or beauty services.
- Solid knowledge of current beauty products and trends.
- Passion for client service with demonstrable selling ability.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including peak retail hours and weekends.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to early-career role requiring approximately 1–3 years' experience in retail sales or beauty services, with hands-on experience performing makeup application and skincare treatments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or makeup artistry certification preferred but not required.
