Sephora Paid Services Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Toronto, ON — deliver personalized beauty consultations and services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand client beauty goals and recommend appropriate products and services
- Perform customized beauty services including makeup application and skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines to educate and inspire clients
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches, and Sephora offerings
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and manage service bookings and rebookings
- Participate in sales events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and contribute to store sales goals
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services
- Knowledge of trending beauty products and brands

- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask
- Consistent and reliable attendance with flexible availability during peak retail hours
