Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Perform in-store paid services including makeup application and basic skincare treatments while maintaining health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application and educate clients on makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Manage bookings and rebookings for Beauty Studio services; assist with appointment flow and client follow-up.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches, and brand promotions; support sales and promotional events to drive engagement and revenue.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming client experience consistent with Sephora standards.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in retail sales or beauty services.
- Solid knowledge of contemporary beauty products, makeup techniques and basic skincare protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service orientation.
- Flexible availability, including peak retail hours and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds reliably.
