Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised beauty consultations to assess clients' skin, preferences and goals and recommend products and services.
  • Perform customized beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including professional makeup application and basic skincare treatments while maintaining health and hygiene standards.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and educate clients on routines, ingredients and product benefits to drive trial and repeat purchase.
  • Manage appointments: handle bookings, rebooking and client follow-up to optimise studio utilisation and client retention.
  • Support sales and promotional activities, contribute to store targets and participate in events to increase client engagement.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and brand initiatives to provide expert advice and a differentiated client experience.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' prior experience in retail sales or client-facing beauty services.
  • Proven knowledge of current beauty trends, makeup techniques and skincare routines.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, professionalism and ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work peak retail hours, weekends and holidays; consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing-forward tasks for extended periods.

Experience
