Sephora Canada hiring a Paid Services Beauty Advisor in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC — full-time hourly role providing makeup and skincare services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised beauty consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend products and services.
- Deliver customised beauty services including makeup application and basic skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application and techniques to educate and inspire clients.
- Manage bookings, rebook clients and maintain an organised appointment schedule.
- Drive sales through service-led retailing, product suggestive selling and participation in promotions and events.
- Stay informed about current beauty trends, new product launches and brand initiatives.
- Maintain treatment area standards, product displays and inventory related to beauty services.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in retail sales or beauty services.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current beauty products and trends.
- Strong verbal communication and client-facing skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, manage an appointment schedule and maintain reliable attendance.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level retail or beauty-services experience of 1–3 years, with a proven ability to perform makeup applications, consult clients on skincare and retail products, and support store sales and promotional activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or makeup certification considered an asset.
