Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations to understand clients’ objectives and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services including makeup application and basic skincare treatments while maintaining rigorous health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and educate clients on skincare and makeup routines.
- Manage bookings and rebooking of Beauty Studio appointments and ensure an exceptional client experience from welcome to follow‑up.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand activations to drive informed recommendations.
- Support store sales and promotional events, contributing to revenue and client engagement targets.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail sales or beauty services experience, preferably in a cosmetic or spa environment.
- Strong knowledge of current beauty trends and product categories.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to multitask and maintain consistent, reliable attendance with flexible availability for peak retail hours.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing work for extended periods.
- Adherence to health, safety and hygiene protocols for client treatments.

Experience
1–3 years of prior experience in retail sales or direct beauty services (makeup, skincare or related treatments) with a demonstrated ability to consult and sell to clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics, or makeup certification is an asset but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.20 to CAD 23.20 per hour.
