Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services
- Perform customized beauty services including makeup application and skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines to educate and inspire clients
- Stay current with latest beauty trends, new product launches, and brand developments at Sephora
- Create welcoming and inclusive environments for all clients, managing bookings and rebooking of beauty services
- Participate actively in sales events and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and contribute to store sales goals
Qualifications
- 1–3 years prior experience in retail sales or services
