Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised beauty consultations to assess clients’ skin concerns and aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Deliver customised beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including professional makeup application and basic skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and coach clients on daily skincare and makeup routines.
- Manage bookings and rebooking of services; maintain an organised appointment flow and client records.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand assortments to inform recommendations and service offerings.
- Contribute to store sales targets through service-driven selling and participation in promotional events and in-store activations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of prior experience in retail sales or delivering beauty services (makeup/skincare).
- Demonstrable knowledge of current beauty trends, product categories and application techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client service and selling.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in retail sales or beauty services, with demonstrated competence in makeup application, skincare routines and client-facing consultations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics, or related certification preferred.
