Sephora Canada in Langford is hiring a part-time Paid Services Beauty Advisor to deliver makeup and skincare services at the Millstream Village Beauty Studio.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including professional makeup application and basic skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application and makeup techniques to clients and provide follow-up recommendations.
- Manage bookings, rebook clients, and maintain an organized appointment schedule to optimize studio utilization.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand guidelines to inform recommendations and service offerings.
- Support sales events and in-store promotions to drive client engagement and contribute to store sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of prior experience in retail sales or beauty services.
- Strong knowledge of current beauty trends, cosmetics and skincare products.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain consistent, reliable attendance.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to junior experience: typically 1–3 years in retail or beauty services, demonstrating hands-on experience with makeup application, skincare treatments and client consultations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics, or related certification is an asset.

Compensation
