Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations to assess clients’ skincare and makeup needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Perform customized beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application and basic skincare treatments, while maintaining strict health and hygiene standards.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and instruct clients on home-care routines to drive product trial and repeat sales.
  • Manage bookings and rebooking of beauty services, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive client experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new product launches and brand initiatives to provide informed recommendations.
  • Participate in in-store sales events and promotions to increase client engagement and contribute to store sales objectives.
  • Support operational tasks including merchandising, inventory handling and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or client-facing beauty services.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current beauty and skincare trends and product categories.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to consult and sell in a client-centric manner.
  • Reliable attendance and flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience
