Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations to understand clients' goals and recommend products and services.
- Perform bespoke beauty services including makeup application and basic skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and educate clients on home care routines.
- Manage bookings, rebook clients and maintain an organised appointment schedule for the Beauty Studio.
- Contribute to store sales targets through service-driven selling, promotions and client follow-up.
- Keep current with brand assortments, new launches and prevailing beauty trends to advise clients effectively.
- Participate in in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in retail sales or beauty services.
- Strong knowledge of current beauty trends and product categories.
- Excellent verbal communication and client-service orientation.
- Flexible availability, including peak retail hours and event participation.
- Consistent and reliable attendance; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of prior experience in retail sales or client-facing beauty services, with demonstrable knowledge of makeup and skincare products.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training, cosmetology or esthetics certification preferred.
