Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend products and services tailored to their goals.
- Perform in-store paid beauty services including makeup application and basic skincare treatments while maintaining strict health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and educate clients on routines, tools and products to drive adoption and repeat bookings.
- Manage bookings, process rebookings and support the Beauty Studio schedule to optimize client flow and conversion.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and brand protocols; actively participate in sales events and promotional activities to meet store targets.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming client experience that fosters long-term relationships and enhances store reputation.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in retail sales or beauty services, preferably within cosmetics, skincare or salon environments.
- Strong knowledge of trending beauty products, makeup techniques and basic skincare procedures.
- Excellent verbal communication and consultation skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for stock handling and studio setup.

Entry-level to early-career candidates with 1–3 years of retail sales or beauty service experience; prior experience in a cosmetics or salon environment is preferred.
