Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and recommend products and services aligned with clients' beauty goals
- Perform customized beauty services including makeup application and skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines through hands-on product application
- Stay current with trending beauty products, new launches, and brand innovations at Sephora
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and manage service bookings and rebooking
- Participate in sales events and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and contribute to store sales goals
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services
- Knowledge of trending beauty products
- Strong communication skills with multitasking ability
- Passion for client service and selling
- Consistent and reliable attendance with flexible availability for peak retail hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
