Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations to assess clients' skin, preferences and goals and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Perform in‑store paid services, including makeup application and basic skincare treatments, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and advise clients on skincare and makeup routines.
- Manage bookings, rebook clients, and maintain accurate appointment records for the Beauty Studio.
- Drive client engagement and contribute to store sales targets through service upsells and participation in promotional events.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand initiatives to inform recommendations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in retail sales or beauty services (makeup/skincare) preferred.
- Strong product knowledge of current beauty trends and prestige skincare/makeup lines.
- Excellent verbal communication and client‑care skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment and maintain reliable attendance.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends to cover peak retail hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for merchandising and stock tasks.

Experience
Entry-level role with 1–3 years' prior experience in retail sales or beauty services; hands‑on experience delivering makeup applications and basic skincare services is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or makeup artistry certification is an asset but not required.
