Sephora Canada hiring a Paid Services Beauty Advisor (Part Time) in Ajax, ON — deliver makeup and skincare services at the Beauty Studio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised beauty consultations to understand clients' goals and recommend products and in‑studio services.
  • Perform customised beauty services including makeup application and basic skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and educate clients on skincare and makeup routines.
  • Manage bookings and rebookings for Beauty Studio services and support day-to-day appointment flow.
  • Support sales and promotional events by driving customer engagement and contributing to store sales targets.
  • Remain current with beauty trends, product launches and brand initiatives to inform recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or beauty services preferred; entry-level candidates with strong potential will be considered.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current beauty products and trends.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to multitask in a busy retail studio.
  • Reliable attendance with flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including weekends.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
