Sephora UK is hiring a Paid Search & Display Executive in London (hybrid) to manage paid search and display performance and drive ROAS.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day setup, optimisation and delivery of paid search and paid display campaigns to achieve monthly ROAS and revenue targets.
- Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager to allocate and monitor budgets, providing strategic recommendations for investment across channels.
- Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports, translating data into actionable insights and optimisation plans.
- Collaborate with Trade, Category, CRM and Brand teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities and product launches.
- Design and execute A/B tests for creative, targeting and landing pages to improve conversion and lifetime value.
- Refine keyword strategies, audience targeting, ad copy and bidding tactics to maximise efficiency and scale.
- Engage platform partners to access betas, innovations and bespoke testing opportunities; stay abreast of platform and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience with responsibility for paid search and paid display campaigns (in‑house or agency).
- Proven experience working with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360 (SA360); familiarity with display platforms such as Criteo and RTB House.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
- Demonstrable experience optimising for ROAS, running A/B tests and iterating creative and targeting strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to work cross‑functionally and present findings clearly.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field is beneficial but not essential.

Minimum three years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, with direct ownership of paid search and display campaigns, budget management and measurable ROAS-driven outcomes. Experience may be agency-side or in-house.
