Sephora is seeking a Paid Influence Assistant for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. The role supports France and Belgium campaigns through creator recruitment, campaign coordination and performance reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational follow-up for Sephora and brand campaigns, ensuring adherence to the schedule, including casting approvals, preview approvals and publication.
- Research and recruit content creators aligned with the brand universe.
- Contribute to managing and tracking paid influence campaigns, including performance monitoring, reporting and key learnings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s-level education (Bac+4/5) in business, communications, digital marketing or an equivalent field.
- Passion for the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of the social media and influencer ecosystem.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical ability, a concise mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
- Good command of office tools and an interest in digital tools.
- Curiosity, autonomy and a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of video-editing tools.
