Role & Responsibilities
- Support management of the social media editorial calendar: scheduling, publishing and moderation across platforms.
- Monitor organic content KPIs (views, engagement, reach) and assist in campaign analysis and reporting.
- Identify social trends and propose creative content ideas to enrich the social media plan.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team on content production and community interactions.
- Participate in briefing partner brands and the agency for co‑advertising and paid influence activations.
- Execute operational follow‑up of paid influence campaigns according to the timeline: validate casting, approve previews and ensure timely publication.
- Research, source and recruit content creators aligned with the brand universe.
- Contribute to performance tracking, reporting and extraction of key learnings from paid influence campaigns.
- Maintain competitive monitoring of social media and paid influence activity to surface market best practices.
- Support the use of internal influence and reporting tools in coordination with the agency and help identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s level education (Bac+4/5) in business, communications, digital marketing or equivalent.
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry and contemporary digital culture.
- Familiarity with the social media and influencer ecosystem.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to synthesise insights and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; demonstrable interest in digital tools.
- Autonomous, curious and proactive with a solution‑oriented attitude.
- Basic competency in video editing tools such as CapCut and InShot.

Entry‑level internship suitable for students in a Bac+4/5 programme or recent graduates; prior internship experience in social media or influencer marketing is a plus but not required.
Education
