Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) for Sephora Collection.
- Collaborate with internal product, packaging and regulatory teams to ensure PPWR requirements are correctly integrated into the new packaging management tool.
- Liaise with packaging suppliers to collect, verify and consolidate technical and regulatory documentation for material validation.
- Participate in material validation and in the initiation of migration studies to confirm compliance for food contact applications when required.
- Contribute to the completeness and accuracy of packaging data within the internal packaging tool.
- Assist in establishing and monitoring a control plan for SVHC (substances of very high concern) in packaging and accessories.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Packaging Development, Materials Science, Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of packaging materials and their design characteristics, or formal training in cosmetic regulatory affairs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English for international collaboration.
- Organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Curious, creative and genuinely passionate about the beauty industry.

Early‑career level; suitable for candidates with limited professional experience. Academic projects, prior internships or coursework in packaging development or cosmetics regulation are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's level study in Packaging Development, Materials Science, Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science or equivalent.
