Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) for Sephora Collection.
  • Collaborate with internal product, packaging and regulatory teams to ensure PPWR requirements are correctly integrated into the new packaging management tool.
  • Liaise with packaging suppliers to collect, verify and consolidate technical and regulatory documentation for material validation.
  • Participate in material validation and in the initiation of migration studies to confirm compliance for food contact applications when required.
  • Contribute to the completeness and accuracy of packaging data within the internal packaging tool.
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring a control plan for SVHC (substances of very high concern) in packaging and accessories.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Packaging Development, Materials Science, Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of packaging materials and their design characteristics, or formal training in cosmetic regulatory affairs.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English for international collaboration.
  • Organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Curious, creative and genuinely passionate about the beauty industry.
