Role & Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) within Sephora Collection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure PPWR requirements are integrated into the new packaging management tool.
  • Liaise with packaging suppliers to collect regulatory documentation and technical dossiers required for material validation.
  • Participate in validation of packaging materials and in launch of migration studies to confirm food‑contact compliance where applicable.
  • Contribute to completion and accuracy of packaging data within the internal packaging system.
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring a control plan for substances of very high concern (SVHC) in packaging and accessories.
  • Provide cross‑functional regulatory support on projects relating to raw materials in formulas and finished cosmetic products.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a higher education programme in packaging development, materials science related to packaging, or cosmetic regulatory affairs.
  • Strong interest in regulatory affairs, packaging materials and the cosmetics sector.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English, comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced context.
