Sephora Pack Shift Coordinator role in Avon, Indiana; oversee distribution center operations, manage team, ensure compliance, $24.70–$26.45/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to distribution center associates to achieve daily productivity goals
- Monitor associate performance against established standards and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related in-house computer systems to track work activities
- Communicate daily objectives to shift team and coordinate progress against defined action plans
- Train associates on procedural duties and best practices as outlined in company manuals
- Enforce all OSHA, state, and company safety regulations; report violations and hazards to management
- Maintain compliance with Loss Prevention policies and document adherence across the shift
- Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts to ensure seamless operations
- Demonstrate flexible scheduling and availability for overtime and shift changes as required
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
- Demonstrated experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar menu-driven applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and thrive in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Minimum 3 years of documented experience in warehouse distribution, logistics operations, or related supply chain functions, preferably in a high-volume retail or e-commerce environment with exposure to WMS systems and shift coordination responsibilities.
