Sephora Pack Shift Coordinator (full-time) in Avon, Indiana. Oversee DC operations, manage WMS, supervise associates, $24.70–$26.45/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign work tasks to associates and monitor progress against established productivity and accuracy standards
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other in-house computer systems to track work activities
- Communicate daily operational goals to team members and coordinate execution against defined action plans
- Monitor associate performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Train associates in departmental duties and company procedures
- Ensure compliance with all Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and report violations to management
- Maintain flexible scheduling and work assigned shifts and overtime as business needs require
- Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or distribution center work experience
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple areas and shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution center, or logistics coordination experience, including demonstrated proficiency with WMS systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); college degree or relevant advanced vocational training preferred.
