Role & Responsibilities

  • Assign and prioritize work tasks to associates to meet production goals
  • Monitor associates' work performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
  • Operate and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to track work activities and inventory
  • Communicate daily work objectives and coordinate execution against established action plans
  • Train associates on procedures outlined in company manuals and standard operating guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and loss prevention procedures
  • Report safety violations and potential hazards to management and supervisory personnel
  • Maintain flexible scheduling and work designated shifts, including overtime as needed
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service aligned with company standards
  • Balance inventory records and manage communication flow between shifts

Qualifications

  • College degree or relevant warehouse/distribution center work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional warehouse or distribution center experience
  • Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Competency in basic mathematics
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods during shifts

Experience
