Sephora Pack Shift Coordinator role in Avon, Indiana — oversee distribution center shifts, manage WMS systems, and lead warehouse associates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to associates to achieve daily productivity and operational goals
- Monitor associates' work performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other in-house computer systems to track and monitor work activities
- Communicate daily work goals and coordinate action plans with team members
- Train associates on standard operating procedures as outlined in company manuals
- Ensure compliance with all safety, OSHA, and company loss prevention policies and regulations
- Balance inventory records and manage the flow of communication between shifts
- Maintain flexible scheduling and availability to work overtime as business needs require
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards
- Model excellent attendance and professional conduct to set an example for team members
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience in warehouse or distribution operations
- Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of basic mathematics
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, distribution center management, or related supervisory roles within a logistics or fulfillment environment.
Education
College degree or equivalent relevant work experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics function.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
