Sephora in Saran, France seeks an Outbound Logistics Coordinator (CDI) to manage 3PL, outbound operations and logistics transformation projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive outbound flows from the Saran logistics platform, implementing and stabilizing the target warehouse model and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external project teams to deliver the roadmap for logistics transformation streams assigned to the role.
- Manage daily order preparation and shipment operations for merchandise and non‑merchandise bound for French stores and European subsidiaries.
- Act as the primary on‑site contact for the 3PL partner(s), optimising capacity through operational scheduling, lead times and cost control while tracking contractual KPIs.
- Monitor, analyse and report operational and project KPIs; challenge internal stakeholders and service providers to improve forecast reliability and capacity alignment.
- Partner with Supply Chain Methods and external engineering bureaux to drive continuous improvement of outbound processes and to implement new projects.
- Support site scheduling/ordination activities in tandem with the site scheduling manager and ensure service excellence during commercial peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' professional experience in logistics, distribution or warehouse operations, preferably within retail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, production, industrial engineering or management.
- Proven experience coordinating with 3PL providers and delivering operational transformation projects.
- Strong analytical ability with experience monitoring and reporting KPIs and applying capacity planning principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level. User‑level knowledge of BI tools and SAP is an advantage.
