Role & Responsibilities

  • Support business performance by transforming financial data into clear, actionable insights across Supply Chain, IT, and corporate functions
  • Deliver accurate and timely OPEX reporting with strong visibility and control across assigned cost areas
  • Analyse performance versus forecast and prior year, identifying risks, opportunities, and key cost drivers
  • Partner with accounting and finance teams to deliver high-quality financials aligned with Group standards and deadlines
  • Lead monthly performance reviews, providing senior stakeholders with insight-led analysis
  • Support end-to-end forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment and accuracy across budgets and estimates
  • Serve as key point of contact for HQ on cross-charges and Supply Chain financials
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial scenarios supporting operational and strategic decisions
  • Co-lead financial input into Supply Chain projects, supporting business cases and Group submissions
  • Translate financial reporting into simple, meaningful insights for diverse stakeholder groups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Supply Chain, IT, and HR functions
  • Continuously improve financial processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency and decision support

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling expertise
  • Commercial mindset with multi-functional stakeholder experience
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance audiences
  • Proven track record in FP&A or analytical finance roles
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
