Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee in-store surveillance and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter theft.
  • Ensure compliance with Sephora's policies on arrests, seizures, and evidence retention.
  • Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits.
  • Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and current employees on loss prevention.
  • Perform in-store audits and inspections of security measures and checklists.
  • Assist store management with inventory preparation and processes.
  • Collaborate with store and district loss prevention managers to develop and implement loss prevention plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in asset protection or loss prevention in retail.
  • Meet and maintain provincial or local licensing requirements.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including listening, interviewing, and interpersonal communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Capability to work across multiple stores within the market. Proficiency in using surveillance and security equipment.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
