Sephora Operations Team Lead in Montreal, QC. Lead store operations and team management in a high-volume retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct all store operations and execution of operational processes in compliance with company standards
- Manage all members of the operations team and oversee night stock team coordination
- Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, periodic stocktaking, and process compliance verification
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and in-store displays to meet company standards
- Supervise internal and third-party cleaning teams, ensuring standards compliance through feedback and escalation when necessary
- Maintain supply management processes including budget management and inventory of supplies, demonstrators, and samples
- Evaluate team performance and provide timely feedback for improvement and development
- Act as floor manager and collaborate with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations role in a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent store operations management capabilities
- Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset and passion for service excellence
