Sephora hiring Operations Team Lead in Montreal – lead store operations, manage inventory, and supervise teams. CAD $21–$26/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational teams at the designated store location, ensuring adherence to company standards and processes
- Oversee inventory management including shipment receipt, merchandise returns, periodic counts, and compliance verification
- Manage visual merchandising concepts and in-store displays to align with corporate guidelines
- Supervise internal and third-party cleaning teams, providing feedback and escalating issues as needed
- Maintain budgets and supply levels for materials, product demonstrators, and samples
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to operational staff for continuous improvement
- Act as shift floor manager, collaborating with beauty advisors and supporting customer engagement
- Support store staffing needs and overnight stock management team operations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar store operations role or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent retail store operations capabilities
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
