Operations Team Lead at Sephora Montreal — full-time retail operations management role, CAD $21.10–$26.40/hr
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store operations and oversee all operations team members
- Direct store operations activities and ensure proper execution of all processes in compliance with company standards
- Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, periodic counts, and process compliance verification within established timelines
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and display elements to meet company standards
- Manage internal and external cleaning teams, provide feedback and coaching, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain budgets and supplies inventory including demonstrators and samples
- Participate in performance management for operations team members, providing timely feedback for improvement
- Act as in-store duty manager, collaborate with beauty advisors and customers in sales areas
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar retail operations role in a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent store operations capabilities
- Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills
