Sephora Montreal Operations Team Lead – Full-time permanent role overseeing store operations on Sainte-Catherine Street.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations aspects and lead all members of the operations team
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, periodic counts, and process compliance with company directives
- Direct visual merchandising concepts and in-store elements to meet company standards
- Manage internal and third-party cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to agreed standards through feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed
- Maintain budget and supply management, ensuring adequate quantities of supplies, demonstrators, and samples
- Lead performance management situations within the operations team and provide timely feedback for improvement
- Act regularly as the on-floor service leader in the store, collaborating with beauty advisors and clients on the sales floor
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in a store with equivalent sales volume or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent retail store operations skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving competencies

Minimum 1–3 years in a similar operations role in a high-volume retail store, or equivalent internal Sephora experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
