Operations Team Lead at Sephora Montreal – Full-time retail operations role with CAD $21.10–$26.40/hr plus benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all operational aspects of the Sephora store location, overseeing the operations team and supporting night stock crews and store management
  • Ensure operational excellence and oversee the execution of all store processes in accordance with company standards and timelines
  • Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, periodic counts, and compliance verification with company directives
  • Direct visual merchandising concepts and in-store displays to align with brand standards and company guidelines
  • Supervise all cleaning teams (internal and third-party) and provide feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed to maintain agreed-upon standards
  • Manage supply chain processes to maintain budget and appropriate quantities of supplies, demonstrators, and samples for the store
  • Participate in performance management activities for the operations team, providing timely feedback for improvement and follow-up as necessary
  • Serve regularly as floor manager and collaborate with beauty advisors and customers to deliver exceptional service

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations role in a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
  • Excellent store operations management capabilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in time management and problem-solving skills
