Sephora Operations Team Lead in Laval, Canada – manage store operations, inventory, and teams on a permanent full-time basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including team management and execution of store operations activities
- Lead and manage all operations team members and support staffing initiatives for night stock and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures across all store operational processes and timelines
- Manage store inventory operations including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, periodic counts, and process verification
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and maintain display elements in alignment with company standards
- Manage internal and external cleaning teams, providing feedback and escalating issues as needed
- Maintain appropriate budgets and quantities for supplies, demonstrators, and product samples
- Perform performance management responsibilities and provide timely feedback to team members
- Act as shift floor manager and collaborate with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar operations role in a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and deliver constructive feedback
- Excellent store operations expertise
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated retail management experience

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
