Sephora is hiring a full-time, permanent Operations Team Lead to oversee store operations, inventory, visual merchandising, supplies and cleaning crews at its Langford store. The role directly manages the Operations team, supports performance development and store execution, and pays CAD 22.85–28.55 per hour; eligible employees may also receive performance-based bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations and ensure all operations-focused processes are completed to company standards.
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns and cycle counting, ensuring processes meet company guidelines and timelines.
- Manage merchandising concepts and in-store visuals to company standards.
- Oversee in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching and escalating issues as needed to ensure agreed standards are met.
- Manage supply processes to maintain appropriate budgets and quantities of supplies, testers and samples.
- Participate in performance management for the Operations team, delivering timely improvement feedback and following up as needed.
- Regularly act as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor whenever possible.
- Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll and other controllable expenses, and develop budget strategies.
- Directly manage Operations team members and provide regular support for operations staffing, the overnight stock team, the operations leadership team and overall store execution.

Skills
Experience
One to three years in a similar role at a store of similar volume, or equivalent internal experience; minimum 3 years.
