Sephora Operations Team Lead in La Salle, Canada – manage store operations, team, and inventory in a permanent full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all operational aspects of the assigned Sephora store location and oversee all operations team members
- Lead and execute store operational activities in compliance with company-wide standards and processes
- Manage store inventory including receiving, shipping, returns, periodic counts, and compliance verification within established timelines
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and display elements to align with company standards
- Direct internal and third-party cleaning teams, provide feedback and coaching, and escalate issues as needed
- Manage procurement processes for supplies, demonstrators, and samples to maintain budget and inventory levels
- Participate in performance management for operations team members, provide timely feedback, and ensure follow-up on development
- Serve as a floor manager regularly, collaborate with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor
- Support staffing activities for operations, night stock, and store leadership teams
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in a store with equivalent sales volume or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent store operations capabilities
- Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills

1–3 years of experience in a similar operations or store management role, or equivalent internal experience at Sephora, preferably in a high-volume retail environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training or certification preferred

This position is based in La Salle, Quebec, Canada, within easy reach of Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
