Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations team members and coordinate with night-stock and management teams to ensure seamless store execution
- Oversee inventory management including receiving, shipping, returns, periodic counts, and compliance with company protocols and timelines
- Manage visual merchandising concepts and in-store displays to align with brand standards
- Supervise internal and third-party cleaning teams, provide feedback and coaching, and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor supply levels, budgets, and inventory of demonstration products and samples to maintain store operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage performance situations within the operations team, providing timely feedback and follow-up
- Act as store floor supervisor and collaborate with beauty advisors and customers to deliver exceptional service
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations or supervisory role in a high-volume retail environment
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent store operations and retail management skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
