Sephora Operations Team Lead in Gatineau, Canada – permanent full-time role managing store operations, inventory, and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all operational aspects of the Sephora store location, including oversight of the operations team and night stock team
- Ensure operational excellence by executing all store operation processes in compliance with company standards
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, periodic stock counts, and process compliance verification
- Manage visual merchandising concepts and display elements to align with company standards
- Supervise internal and third-party cleaning teams, provide feedback and coaching to ensure adherence to agreed standards
- Manage supply chain processes to maintain appropriate budget and inventory levels of supplies, demonstrators, and samples
- Evaluate team performance and provide timely feedback for continuous improvement and professional development
- Act as floor manager on a regular basis and collaborate with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations role in a store with equivalent sales volume or equivalent internal experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent store operations skills and knowledge
- Proven effective time management and problem-solving competencies
