Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations staff and oversee night stock team activities
- Ensure operational excellence and proper execution of all store processes in compliance with company standards
- Manage inventory including receiving, shipping, returns, periodic counts, and audit compliance
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts and in-store displays to align with brand standards
- Manage internal and third-party cleaning teams, providing feedback, coaching, and escalating issues as needed
- Manage supply chain processes to maintain appropriate budget allocations for inventory, demonstrators, and samples
- Conduct performance reviews and development management for operations team members, ensuring timely feedback
- Act as floor manager and collaborate with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor
- Support recruitment and staffing initiatives for the operations team
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations role in a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent retail store operations skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
