Operations Team Lead at Sephora in Boisbriand, QC. Full-time position managing store operations, inventory, and team supervision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all operational aspects of the assigned Sephora store location
- Supervise and support all operations team members and overnight stock teams
- Ensure strict adherence to company processes and standards across all store operations
- Oversee inventory management including receiving, shipping, returns, and periodic stock counts
- Ensure compliance with company inventory protocols and deadlines
- Direct visual merchandising concepts and display elements to meet corporate standards
- Manage internal and external cleaning teams to maintain agreed-upon standards
- Provide coaching, feedback, and escalation of maintenance issues as needed
- Manage supply procurement processes including budgeting for supplies, demonstrators, and samples
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to operations team members
- Act as a floor supervisor and collaborate with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor
- Promote customer passion and support sales operations as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations or supervisory role in a high-volume retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent retail store operations and management skills
- Proven time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams effectively
