The Operations Team Lead supports and directly manages store Operations, overseeing operational execution, inventory, visual merchandising, supplies, cleaning crews and team performance. This permanent, full-time role in Ancaster pays CAD 22.20–26.10 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses, a competitive benefits program and learning and development initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store’s operations and ensure all operations-focused processes are completed to company standards.
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving and returns, cycle counting, and completion of processes within company guidelines and timeframes.
- Manage merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals to company standards.
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching and escalating issues as needed to ensure agreed standards are met.
- Manage the process for maintaining appropriate budgets and quantities of store supplies, testers and samples.
- Participate in performance management for the Operations team and ensure timely improvement feedback is delivered and followed up as needed.
- Regularly act as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor whenever possible.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, payroll and other controllable expenses.
- Directly manage Operations team members and regularly support operations staffing, the overnight stock team and the operations leadership team.

Skills
Experience
One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a store of similar volume, or equivalent internal experience; minimum 3 years.
