Sephora — Operations Leader in Westlake, OH. Full-time hourly role overseeing store operations, inventory and team development ($24.00–$27.50/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and stock accuracy.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional executions to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team to improve performance, operational competency and client service.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols and operational standards to create a secure shopping environment.
- Manage scheduling, shift coverage and staffing reliability to meet required weekly hours and peak retail needs.
- Support the store team in delivering exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store sales and KPI targets.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including receiving and moving stock (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate frontline teams to reach operational and customer-service objectives.
- Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
- Availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to perform stock-handling duties (lift and carry up to 50 pounds).
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with hands-on responsibility for inventory control, merchandising execution and frontline team development. Three or more years is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant retail management coursework preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Westlake, Ohio, USA, with easy access to Cleveland.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
