Sephora Operations Leader (full-time, hourly) in Wauwatosa, WI. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams. $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with store team to deliver exceptional client experience and support achievement of store goals
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered
- Ensure compliance with Sephora company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
