Sephora hiring Operations Leader (Full-Time) at Mayfair, Wauwatosa, WI — $24.00–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss-prevention procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional executions to uphold brand standards and drive sales performance.
- Coach, develop and schedule the operations team to meet business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion.
- Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to deliver exceptional service and help the store achieve key performance indicators.
- Maintain store standards, safety protocols and compliance with company policies; coordinate store maintenance and event logistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams to meet targets and uphold brand standards.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style.
- Ability to meet scheduling requirements including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations; prior experience in beauty retail or hospitality preferred. Proven track record of developing teams and driving operational KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business, retail management or hospitality is advantageous.
